FOAM INSERTS
Customers all around the world love our foam inserts that we customize to every box or case.
INSERTS FOR TRAYS AND CASES
The thermoformed inserts hold gemstone boxes and jewellery cards in the best position. They are, of course, produced in our manufactory as well, on old machines using heat and negative pressure.
HARD FOAM INSERTS | INSERTS FOR LINES
Your gemstones will literally leave a lasting impression in our hard foam inserts. The material holds the stones in their place and can be ordered either plain or coated with a soft fabric.
For lines of gemstones with a diameter between 2 – 10 mm we produce line inserts.
LIDS
You can order lids for our stacking trays. They are either made in our carpentry from the same materials as the trays themselves or are made from transparent plastic on our machines.
JEWELLERY CARDS
They are hand-made, coated with suede or leatherette and softly padded: Our jewellery cards are versatile in use. We add rubber bands or bijouterie pins, ribbons for easy use, punchings and hooks….get in touch with us so that we find the right ones for you!
REPAIR SERVICE | REFITTING
RESTORATION
Should something be damaged in the daily handling of our products, do not hesitate to call us – very often the product can be mended. We also offer to exchange single components of our articles, if possible. We let our creativity run free and restore your old treasures which need a new cover or reworking … so maybe an old cutlery tray looks as good as new with a new coating or a case gets a fresh modern look.
