Personal data is only collected, processed, or used when the individual has given consent, when it is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract, or when a law allows or requires such collection, processing, or usage.

With this privacy policy, we aim to inform you about the details of data collection and processing, as well as the rights you have in this context.

  1. General Information on the Processing of Personal Data:

Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”).

AUGUST NEUHEUSER GMBH processes personal data only when the user has given consent, or when the data processing is allowed or required by legal regulations.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Lit. e DSGVO).

  1. Storage Period and Data Deletion:g

Personal data of the data subject is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage is no longer applicable. Storage may also occur if required by the legislator. Deletion or blocking of data also takes place when a statutory retention period expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for contract conclusion or fulfillment. Mandatory retention periods, such as tax or commercial storage periods, are examples of such cases.

4. Collection of Access Data (Creation of Log Files):

The website of AUGUST NEUHEUSER GMBH automatically collects general data and information each time it is accessed, which is stored in the server’s log files. The collected data includes:

Browser type and version
Operating system of the accessing device
Date and time of access
IP-Adresse des Nutzers
IP address of the user
Internet service provider of the user
Websites from which our website is accessed

Websites and subpages that are accessed from our website.

Other similar data and information that serves to prevent threats in case of attacks on our system.

The data is stored anonymously in our system’s log files. There is no association with other personal data of the user, and AUGUST NEUHEUSER GMBH does not draw conclusions about the data subject.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The storage is necessary to ensure the functionality of our website and the correct display of content. The data also serves our statistics and the continuous optimization of our content. Furthermore, storage is done to provide law enforcement authorities with necessary information in the event of a cyber attack.

The data is not passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to disclose.

Since the collection and storage of data in log files is essential for the proper operation of the website, users do not have the option to object. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its collection. If the collection was for the provision of the website, this occurs at the end of the internet session.

  1. Cookies

We use cookies on our website. Cookies are text data stored by our server on your computer, containing specific information. Cookies typically include a unique string that allows recognition of the internet browser when the user revisits the website. This recognition enables the website to recognize and identify the accessing browser.

Cookies help us facilitate your use of the website. By recognizing the browser and storing previously entered data, such as access data or search terms, our website’s offerings and content can be individually optimized without requiring re-entry of information on each visit to the website. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Additionally, we use cookies on our website that enable an analysis of user behavior. However, the data collected is pseudonymized, meaning that personal data is replaced by other identifiers (pseudonyms) so that identification of the data subject is not possible without additional information. Since your consent is obtained when visiting the website, the legal basis for processing personal data using analysis cookies is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

To prevent this, you can disable or restrict the transmission of cookies in your internet browser settings. Already stored cookies can be deleted at any time, allowing the full use of the website’s features.

  1. Contact Form and Email Contact:

The AUGUST NEUHEUSER GMBH website provides a contact form for electronic communication with our company. The data entered by the user in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored. In addition, the user’s IP address, as well as the date and time of transmission, are also stored. The user’s consent is obtained for processing the data during the submission process. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Regarding the storage of the IP address, the legal basis is also Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Alternatively, contact can be made via the specified email address on our website. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted in the email will be processed. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

The processing of data transmitted through the contact form or email is solely for the purpose of the requested communication. The storage of other data is done to prevent misuse of the website and to ensure the security of our system. The data is not disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to disclose.

  1. Data Protection in Job Applications

Individuals can send job applications to us electronically (e.g., via email or through a job application form provided on the website). In this case, the collection and processing of the transmitted personal data is for the purpose of conducting the application process and potentially initiating an employment relationship. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. If a contract is concluded, the transmitted data will be processed to fulfill the employment relationship. If no employment

  1. Usage of Google Analytics

On our website, we use the analysis service Google Analytics. Google Analytics stores cookies on your computer, enabling an analysis of your usage of the website. The information generated by the cookie, including your IP address, is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. However, the transmitted data is anonymized beforehand. On our behalf, Google will statistically evaluate the transmitted information to compile reports on website activity and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

  1. Usage of Social Plug-Ins

On our website, we have integrated plug-ins from social networks. If the individual is registered with the respective social network and also logged in when accessing our

website, it recognizes which specific subpage of our website the individual is visiting.

This information is collected by the operator of the social network and assigned to the individual’s account there.
